يمكن طلب إرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب، وفقًا للقوانين المغربية المعمول بها والاستثناءات المنصوص عليها قانونًا.

يشترط أن يكون المنتج غير مستعمل، غير متضرر، وفي حالته الأصلية مع التغليف الأصلي.

لطلب الإرجاع، يرجى التواصل معنا مع ذكر رقم الطلب وسبب الإرجاع.

بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سنؤكد قبول الإرجاع ونوضح إجراءات استرداد المبلغ، عند الاقتضاء.

في حال استلام منتج متضرر أو غير صحيح، يرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن.
